Bad service on insurances

I have claimed for Funeral insurance on the 15th November. I was told all my documents have been received but till today I haven't received my payment. When I contacted them yesterday they told me its still under assessment, what assessment when all the documents wanted have been submitted? The lady couldn't even get the assessor to call me because he was in a meeting wow! Just because now they must pay they play hide and seek

An assessor then phoned me back updating me about the status of my claim which is approved and promised me that I will get my money today but still, I didn't get the payout. I'm glad I canceled my life cover with them, I will cancel my funeral insurance too.
