Bad service on disputes

Im still waiting for a dispute that ive logged almost a month ago they kept on telling me that i need to make contact with the merchant 3 times i did it and i sent them the emails and still no reply they then send me a mail to say that they not going to carry on with the dispute because i didnt send them the mails but i did then i asked for someone to call me and still to this date they havent contacted me so i would like someone to contact me or im going to move my bank account and go with somone that would what to help their customers their log customers come first is the biggest hog wash and ill let everyone know that they must not bank with them because of their bad service
