Bad service of FNB estate dept

We have a poor service from FNB estate department. Our mother died 5 Dec 2019 and we reported the estate to FNB on 11 December 2019. We followed up during May 2020 and was informed that the documents had been with someone for a long time who had done nothing with it. In June we were told that they are placing the estate adverti*****t in the newspaper. When we enquered on 27 July 2020, we were informed that the estate was not registered at the Master of the Supreme Court yet as they only app**** recently to register the estate and to be appointed as executors. After 8 months nothing has been done. FNB said on 28 July that it would take another 6 to 12 months to finalise the estate ! It is a small estate with no debt. FNB also do not want to supply us with an e-mail address to send our complaint to. This is rediculious ly bad service.
