Bad service not willing to help

<p>im isured with fnb insurance and underwriten by rodel and AIG its been 2.5months already and my claim is approvaled no one contacts me to know let me know im i getting payment so i can repair my vehicle nothing i thought insurance is there to help you but nothing of that only take you monthly preiumum and make you to pay with no help you guys are finincal service provider non of your company knows the outcomes how can you treat customers like this !!!! really </p>
