Bad Service - Not responding

On the 28 Aug 2023 I went to an ATM and wanted to draw money but the machine did not work and did not give my money. I tell called FNB and they said I needed to complete a form which I did and sent this to them. They said that they will give me feedback after a month's time but still today I have not received any feedback from them.

They can just pop me a mail to say that I am will be getting my money back or not.

They are not responding to my mails at all.

I am really not very happy about the service I am getting as I really needed that money.
