Bad service, not releasing money saved and wedding cancelled

Shocking. thanks to FNB I will not be getting married tomorrow sat 15 January 2022. my hubby to be has been on the phone every day with them as his money shows on internet banking but when he tries to release it. it won't. they said they made the account dormant as he hasn't used it in awhile and promised to sort it out Tuesday then Wednesday then Thursday and twice today. how can they hold your money or decide to make your account dormant without your consent. I had to cancel the wedding as I can't fetch my dress and pay the balance plus we can't pay the priest or set our friends up in a hotel which was the plan. I'm so upset. so thank FNB.
