Bad service, not knowledgeable, no working solutions via chats, emails not answered.

After time and time again receiving bad service, not responses to emails, etc. I've decided to write a review on Hello Peter. From the consultants opening the wrong account after clearly explaining my needs, to consultants on chats not knowing how to help or giving outdated information and not solving most issues for me, and now I cant withdraw Paypal money because there is an technical error when their website tries to link to Paypal. Chat consultant asked me to email Paypal dept directly, and even though their automated email response says they will answer within 24 hours, I have not received an answer after 7 days of waiting and I still cant withdraw money. I would probably have to go in to the bank physically just to sort this out. There are also many errors on their website, this happens too often and becomes annoying. Even their app doesnt work properly, there are so many menus not working when you click on it, etc. Just overall very bad, but I'm forced to use them so I can withdraw money to my Paypal account. I do like that they offer Business Zero accounts for small businesses, but the cons outweigh the pros by far.
