BAD Service NOT HAPPY FNB

BEEN STRUGGLING WITH FNB FOR TWO WEEKS NOW

I AM not getting messages from them. I app**** and my loan was cancelled without my knowledge. Then I app**** again, everyday I need to chat to them because they keep asking for more documents and they state I must get the text messges, BUT I DON'T. Yesterday I was at the bank for an hour, I did as fnb asked, I also did my fingerprints and called them FROM the bank. Today when I asked on the platform, they said I must send my bank statements. I was approved and VERIFIED last week. Every single day it is a new struggle. Now the bank is offering me another loan? *** how? I have sent numerous emails, chatted most of my days away on the app, then it keeps throwing me out, and the consultants keeps saying to wait? Next day, same issue, same problem and no progress!!! This is really frustrating, banking with FNB for 11 years and they do this!
