Bad Service no Privacy

I was asked at the door why I'm at the branch and I told the guy then after I was addressed to sit down. And this lady called sphesihle asked me again while I was sitting down in front of customers another thing asked me do I have money very loud. I was not treated nice why FNB now ask about my finance I front of other customers
