Bad service, no one seem to know what they doing.

From last week Thursday, I've been trying to settle my loan with them but really I'm not winning. I was told it will be settled by Monday but it was not I was **** to so they can accumulate interest. Today I've been on chat with them since 7 till now no help. They keep transferring me from 1 person to the other . I've spoken to more than 10 people now and none of them can help settle my loan. Removing money from my account to the loan account and close it. That's what am struggling with. On top of always having to deal with *****ulent transactions in my account t now I have to deal with this.
