Bad service , no feedback !

I am extremely disappointed with the service received . I was on debt review from 2020, after settling my debt FNB decides that even after my Cheque account was dormant and was supposed to be closed they opened the account and started asking service fees for an account , I have no access to . Phone them they refer you to the branch. Go to the branch they say they have to log a ticket to get the fees reversed and it can take a while , with no feedback you have to wander to a branch to close the account wit the hopes someone had done their job.

FNB is our company bank as well and at this point I am at the point where I want to move my business account as even the business service we receive is appalling.

This is now going to cause me to get an attorney again , pay again for an attorney to sort out.

Terrible way to treat clients.
