Bad service no customer service

I had a fnb cheque Acc. I fell on bad times with no employment. Closed the Acc. In branch. Shortly after hot a bill for bank fees. Went in to find out. Have it closed again. 3 years later I wa t to open a Acc again just to find out. I still have a Acc. Now owing thousands of rand in bank fees. Never did I receive one single Acc statement. Updated my detail. A ked for some one to Contact me. 3 mouths late still. No response. I only changed me cell phone number. Home address email postel address stil the same. I Wil not pay this for I was there in branch to have it closed. I Wil not pay for a others job do e wrong. I won't recommend anyone to them.
