Bad service nje

I have been using FNB for the last 18 years...last my account went to overdraft with R300+/- and they start sending me nasty messages about taking legal action...WOW... :(....guess what that was the last message they were sending to me...I opted to go open a new account in the new bank...New year, new bank for me...our journey ends this month...I kept a lot of money with FNB not even 1 day have a said..."i want my money now or will take legal action" mxm
