Bad service Moratiwa branch

Pathetic service by Lebo Theledi Moratiwa branch. Went in to deposit my kids savings for the year. Firstly I was told kids don't go into the branch. had to leave my kids alone in the car. Stood in the queue inside the branch because they saved coins. When I got to the teller she asked me if I had their acc numbers I did not but had their cards. She told me I had to go outside to the atm to another queue to get their account numbers because they can't check account numbers in the branch. I asked her she means no one in the branch can check for an account number if I have a card? She said no one, and of i wanted to change their coins i better hurry up and go get their account numbers outside at the atm as they are closing at 11am. I was amazed that no one in the branch could check for an acc number! Seriously bad service and bad attitude by the teller. My kids money was also short when she counted I'm just so fed up with this branch the way they treat customer. Train u staff to communicate better with customers and make banking easier for customers not for staff.
