Bad service maponya mall fnb

Highly disappointed of the service i received at maponya branch fnb... Went to open a stokvel / burial society account..... A family account my sister and i didn't bank with fnb was told to open accounts no problem.... The consultant who assited us then decide to open an account wth a montly service fee of R65 without even explaining to us.... We don't work... And there were better accounts suitable to us he could have opened but choose that specific.... I deposit R50 on each account... To my suprise the money was deducted the account was sitting on. Minus.

Is it the consultant job to offer us the various accounts and choose one suitable to our needs than to just allocate one that suits them better and their profile....

Im really hurt cos now the accounts are on minuses.....

Only picked it up wen i received notification for money deducted as scheduled payments....

I then go back to mapinya to enquire the lady by the door very helpful she explained it can be downgraded... Only to get ti tsakane with a very bad attitude tells me its my job to know the various fnb products.... The audacity to say that not even an apology but to swift the blame to me who came to fnb for assistance is totally utterly disgusting.... It is this very attitude that made me close the investment account i had with fnb... No customer service what soever Now i beibg told it will be downgraded yet it deducted another R65 Thats two accounts mind u.. For unemployed people where do i get the money to pay for all this unnecessary fees i incurred due to ur *********** consultant...

Um hurt to the core that your staff take disadvantage of people and do things that benefit them and not us as clients.
