Bad Service is affecting my money

I have been calling the ***** Centre for an hour now, a lady picked up and said that I must give her a few seconds to follow up on my case, I have since waited 40min now and still waiting. This is the 3rd time I come to the branch because the same case has not been handled and I'm busy losing money in my account daily.
