Bad Service in handling my application

I made an application for a an advance on my home loan on 14 January 2019, I received request for additional information and i comp**** with the requirements, but todate I have received a final outcome on my application, I have tried numerous times to contact them and I am frustrated, as the application is getting closer to a month since I app**** and I do not have a final outcome, everytime I contact them I receive messages that indicates, delays in processing the application and issuing payment and I am even considering moving my home loan to another bank, I cannot accomodate such incompetency, I have been very patient and I am up to my last breath
