Bad service - i will never ever deal with FNB again its a *******

i took out a loan in 2018 for 80 000 and i missed maybe 5 /6 payments was supposed to end my loan in 2023 Dec so now is 2024 September and i am still paying my loan how come even if there was interest i would have covered it up because from last year earlier i have been paying R3000 more than what is required what was required from me was R2500 . when i inquire they send me bank statement that are different and according to my records i am done with the loan
