Bad service, I want my money back

I would like to launch another complaint, after fnb called me for the first time they never called again or rather resolved my problem. They have been giving me excuse after excuse and right now I do not know what to do because it seems as if they do not want to reverse back my money with no reason. FNB I am angry and I want just my money back please!!!
