Bad Service - Funeral Cover

I submitted claims with Std Bank and with FNB for my friends funeral. Std Bank paid out already but FNB keeps on mailing - ASSESMENT IN PROGRESS.

Honestly guys the funeral is today! How long do you take to assess?
