Bad service from the manager!

I went to FNB Cresta Bank to cl;ose my account. the manger informed me it will take 24 hours to close the account it is Saterday and im still waiting!!!!!!!!! Absolutely pathetic and i will tell everyone i know how pathetic they are!!! Their bank costs are also ridiculously high! i will never ever open a account at FNB ever again and will recommend people i know also not to!
