Bad service from the intern on the ATM assistant

I'm at first national bank at daveyton mall, very bad service theres a guy who is helping on the ATM he is not being fair to people queing on the line, I'm standing on the line for mY turn to wuthdraw money as I'm witnessing him doing favours for some two guys and a lady with orange dress they never queed. I think the Management of the bank should be notified about this young man as ithink his an intern I never got a chance to check his name tec but his wearing a scotch trouser and a cut Please let him know that he must work proffessional and everyone must be treated the same no bank favours I am so disappointed with the whole daveyton fnb branch 😣😣i witness this guys not helping on the arm que as his friends or who ever he know he helps by pushing them in front
