Bad service from the FNB private wealth team

I have experienced very little joy since moving from private client to private wealth. I don't really see it as an upgrade if the service will be worse than when I was a gold cheque client. I really miss Thulani and his team because they were far better than what I have as a team now.. on the 31st November I needed roadside assistance, I called the AA to use my petro card benefits and I was surprised to be told that I do not have a petrol card. The petrol card that I had when I was a private client member has been cancelled. Now I am a fusion client and I do not have a linked petro card, in simple terms I was not assisted. I then enquired with my banker and informed her of this fact and the following facts: 1. My fusion card cannot swipe at toll gates, I asked her to investigate the reasons and sprt out for me 2. My fusion card cannot withdraw cash at a checkers till point, asked her to please check what's happening and ressolve immediately.

None of the issues have been resolved and no one has ever made an effort to even let me know what is happening in this regard. Such a terrible service I have never experienced especially when you in the so called premium package of banking. This is pathetic service, yet month on month you keep taking fees. UNACCEPTABLE from a bank of your caliber that charges an arm and a leg for fees. Since I have moved to private wealth, I am having to follow up myself on most of the outstanding issues, instead of the banking team giving me feedback and that is annoying. I am not sure if the problem is with the banker herself or it's just the FNB culture? but this is disappointing to say the least.
