Bad service from smart device service provider

<p>Ordered a phoned earlier this week. Get a message this morning saying that the delivery will be between 9am and 5pm. Spend the whole day at home, but nobody pitch up. Get a message at 17:30 saying that they were unable to make the delivery and that I must contact them to ensure that my order isn't cancelled. Why were they unable to deliver? I just lost a whole day waiting for nobody. I suggest you think of getting another service provider for your smart devices.</p>
