Bad service from Shahida Mohamed

When u offered me an overdraft u agreed with me to add it in my account ... now Shahida Mahomed just decided to remove my overdraft without discussing anything with me as your client, FNB is this how u train your agents to HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS? That lady called this morning and I asked the nature of the call and in her response she said she cant disclose before I give her my ID no.. as much as you do your security checks we also has our way of doing security checks its December now and people are being ****med... Then decided to remove my overdraft without discussing it with me ia that even legal She further lies on the notes wrote in your system and I said I dont need it She even **** in a letter that she sent to me and she's been calling me and warning me about the activity of my account.. what activity My overdraft is not even on negative... I paid over 40k on Wednesday but she lies and says there's no activity Please reinstate my overdraft as soon as possible
