Bad Service from Nhlamulo Baloyi

My Premier Cheque Account has been frozen since last year September 2021,they suspected ***** I was asked to provide documents, I was very prompt, I submitted them.. My investigating officer is Ms Nhlamulo Baloyi, she is the most hopeless person I have worked with, she never responds to emails, you just get automated emails, I wonder who is the ********* now, me or FNB with my money!!! They still charge me monthly for an account I don't use😢😢😢
