Bad service from Leoni T****ie and Lungile Dube.

I have received bad service from Leoni T****ie and Lungile Dube regarding my company. Akmine Pty Ltd is a deregistered company which hasn't been trading for the longest time. I requested the bank to close my profile since I am leaving the country to my surprise there's a hold on my account. When I ask they say I must go to the branch when I get to the branch they tell me I must call Lungile Dube because he's the one who placed the hold. For what reason, I don't know. Right now I have been going in and out of branches with no assistance. They behave as if they own FNB, do not respond to my emails and stuff, and all I want is for my profile to be deactivated and place my finds to an alternative account so that I can proceed with my life and make a living. Leoni I understand she's white and probably ****** thinking I'm a *****ster or a ****mer since I'm a foreigner. I'm not like a white person that's why she doesn't priorities this matter which is dissatisfied and disheartened
