Bad Service from Ghandi SQUARE by Menzi

I'm highly disappointed with the attitude I was given by one of the consultants of which being Menzi..Get this I'm a single mom to a 2weeks n 5days old baby, still in stitches and all but I had to quickly run to the nearest fnb to fix my card n the ques were massive of which 2consultants were working but with a small baby after I realized the ques are abit slow I went straight to Menzi who was doing I don't know what as he wasn't attending to clients I pleaded n begged with him if he would quickly assist me, I literally begged n he gave me the world's attitude and refuses to assist me n told me to either go to a different branch were they can assist me definitely not them. I work at a bank too n as a consultant I however did not expect that n if I was in his position I was definitely gna help I mean it's a small baby outside during covid let alone the mom being unable to stand because of pain. I'm disgusted by Menzi he knows none about customer service and assisting customers,is it what they do to handicapped and elderly people too? Outside ques dont have monitoring as people were not exercising social distancing but again no one cared.
