Bad service from FNBConnect

I entered into a contract with FNB for the 1Gig router for R99 sometime last year, In February 2018 I noticed an amount the was debited from my account that stated fnbconnect, I did not think much about it as i thought it was something else. In April 2018 it happened again the same amount was debited from my account, I contacted FNB and they referred me to the fnbconnect call centre. Apperently there was a limit on my routher account for R400 per month which i was not adviced on or even mentioned when i signed up for the device, I am waiting for a call recording since my first call the 29th May 2018 and since then there was another deduction of +-R69.00 from my account again. I have been calling 29th May 2018, 5th June 2018, 12 June 2018 and yet again 29th June 2018 and all the consaltants are saying I should wait for the Admin department to contact me and when i ask for a direct number for this admin department they dont have the number. I am tired of waiting and my money just being debited without my consent.

Hi there it has still been a struggle with FNB connect since my last post. The continuation of being pushed from side to side with still no communication from FNB connect "Administration Department". I had to contact the FNB connect call centre once again and requested to speak to a Team Leader or Supervisor on the 5th July 2018 which also concluded to Admin will contact me, Mr Mahlati also promised to contact me since I told him that Admin does not communicate with me and he adviced that he will contact the Admin department Manager himself to explain how long this query has been with them, still no communication from them. I then contacted Mr Mahlati at the call centre on the 13th July in which he stated that my claim was indeed valid and that he was going to try and speed up my payment since they have been delaying my query but the normal process period is 21 days from notification, which to my knowledge he did on the day since he promised to speed up the process. Since then i have not heard anything from FNB connect or the so called Admin department untill I contacted them again on the 26th July to find out about the process of the payment where I got to speak to Vaneshri or Vaneshni who said that she can see that the aproval was made and that she escalated the query to her Supervisor which did not help at all cause there was still no communication from FNB connect till today. On the 13th August 2018 I contected the FNB connect call centre again since to my knowledge the 21 days should be over an call centre agent confirmed that the claim was in process and that the refund should be in my account by 17th August 2018, today i contacted them again and spoke to Refilwe and now she says that the refund was proccesed on the 20th July 2018 and that finance will conatct in which I told her that i dont recieve any communication from them and i confirmed if they have to correct conatct details as well. So, today I ask when will the refund be made???? can someone please contact me with the correct information, this is not fair. I trusted that since its a Bank institution that there would not have been any hasles when i signed up for this, I have learned my lesson.
