BAD SERVICE FROM FNB WESTGATE

BAD SERVICE I open a new acc on the 6th July i was informed that the card will be available within 2-3 working day now i see an email that CCD couriers are trying to get hold of me and i didn't receive any calls from then. i opt for collection because i dont want to be charged for delivery. I want to collect my card by saturday if not then FNB will pay me cash my salary because i wont be able to get my salary next week. ntsoaki qhala ***. I regret moving to FNB I should have stayed with my old bank.
