Bad service from FNB the don't want to give me my money

I have been trying to with draw from PayPal. FNB has refused to assist me with the service. I cannot acquire my funds because of fnb. The consultants a very bad and ***********. The market has even dropped and now it is less amount which I still can't access. The secure chat is non sense service.
