BAD SERVICE FROM FNB PREMIUM FUSION DEPARTMENT

I use premium fusion account but the service that am receiving is not even worth it i have been waiting for them to call me for annuity retirement fund for 3 months now not call back when you call them they hang up the phone why should i pay so much bank fees for such service? even their private chart they take years to respond and than give you half of info that you want
