Bad service from FNB premier credit card division

I am a new FNB client who joined in January. I switched banks fro m standard bank to FNB because if the outstanding service FNB has but during my 3 months that I'm there, I'm not happy at all....

I app**** for a credit card limit increase on Monday via the the APP and FNB does advice their client to use the app rather then calling. But till today I haven't received any form of communicate and I called yesterday to find out how far my application is, the agent told me that there are outstanding documents from my side. No one has informed me and only to find out that they have misspelt my email address but according to their records they have been in contact with me.

What happened to following up with the client and making sure that you have receive a form of confirmation from the client, just to avoid such incidents.

I am so disappointed with the service and I have sent a complaint to the complains department about a month ago but no one has been in contact with me regarding that complain. I have also sent a complaint about this credit card issue on Wednesday but no communication whatsoever from FNB.

I just called now and the agent told me the same story that the credit card division has in their records that they have been in contact with me today at 8:30 via email to alert me on the outstanding documents but only to find out that they have misspelt my email address. So I have wanted my airtime calling.

I'm one disappointed premium FNB client.
