Bad service from FNB manager
I have had worse Fnb is the worst when coming to client service. When the manager treat you like you don't understand yourself, while she has seen you go in and out of her branch without any solution. I think Rustenburg mall branch needs and urgent intervention form head office. On a serious note.

I don't really understand why the manager in question called me. As this lady is very aggressive, she doesn't give one chance to talk. She was talking over and when I do the same she tells me am shouting. Asking me if I know her,?.... "I can even give the number of the CEO. "
I don't know if that was to scare me or threaten me. Am so beside myself at present the way FNB is frustrating me and when the manager does this I don't know. I had to leave that branch and go to the Rustenburg square branch. I need our voice recording and CCTV footage if that maybe. This lady xem is another person.
Am a client to FNB not her.
