Bad service from FNB Homeloans

I am absolutely disgusted with FNB Home Loans.

I requested a settlement amount on my current bond with them and after being sent from pillar to post and phoning this and that number, just to be told that I have to go into the bank to get my settlement amount.

I pay my bond on time every month and extra, yet I have to get into my vehicle and drive to the bank, just to get a settlement amount?????

Unacceptable!!!!!
