Bad service from FNB HomeLoan department

FNB HomeLoan department is ***********, very shocking service. My client's transfer of property is being delayed by 3weeks now. We only got feedback yesterday afternoon that the amount that the bank requested the property to be insured for was different on the amended instruction than what was initially requested. The bank should have automatically updated the HOC, but they didn’t.
