Bad Service from FNB Home Loan

Bad experience with Themba Khambule, My form was assigned to him on 4th June to assist me with the Flexi application. Every time I called FNB home loans, all people would tell it has been assigned to Themba. I submitted a form on 02 June 2025, even today I haven't had any response from him, and they usually say the form takes about 10-14 working days. Themba is quite sent him an email, no response on Wednesday, minutes after I received an email from him. Even today, he can't respond to the email. Which I feel is bad for business. The readvance team got hold of me immediately after they got my form, which I submitted the same as the flexi form. The Re-advance team their turnaround time is much better than the Flexi team, which is horrible.
