Bad Service from FNB Funeral

Very bad expirience with FNB funeral plan ,lodged my claim in November 2023 .They have been ducking and diving with regards to the the final outcomes of the claims,there is no proper answer that is issued by the consultants when you call to enquire,the assessor's are worse as this case has been sitting with them for almost 2 months but the only thing they do is send an automated email daily saying the claim is still under review,no turn around time no nothing.Please help me get answers from FNB as to when are they gonna finilase a claim that was lodged in November 2023 now that we are in 2024
