Bad service from FNB, **** campaigns, they sell this that they wont give to you, full of regrets

I was using a different bank, i was then approached by FNB as i have a home loan with them to use Aspire account with them, they had a campaign running of getting Ebucks that are equivalent to R3 000 n that they will give me 0.25 off my bond, a join in April and cancel all my debit n moved them to FNB account including the salary as thats what they wanted, i have since been waiting for my ebuscks, calling doing all this things,i was advised that i have to wait 4 months which i did, no one was assisting me, this week when i do follow up i was then told that i was given the free banking for 24 months which i didnt not opted for, im being told that even my 0.25 was given to me which is a lie, nothing in writing was given to me, im not happy at all with the service i got from FNB, now i havr to go bank cancel the account i have with them, and go bank to my previous bank as it was giving good service that what im getting from FNB, im also thinking of moving my home loan, Bad bad service, if they approach you, you must know they wont guve yiu what they are selling, bad service Mr Dlamini from FNB was assist, im regreting why did i even accept, because now is another admin for me to go back and move my debit orders
