Bad service from Fnb
Went in to a fnb branch app**** for a student loan on the 26th of april. Havent heard a thing as yet. Everytime we try to phone they are busy. The branch just say its out of their control as it is by student loans now. What a terrible service from a huge bank like this. We wete told 24 to 48 hours it now 2weeks later
