bad service from FNB

unknown transactions (***)

On 17th October I went to Mamelodi branch to report ***** happening in my account and the lady at the bank assisted me by writing an email to the ***** department see reffrence above

to this date the unknown transactions are still going through my account and my money is still being taken by people i don't know

this are the transcations going through Cashfr.com for R85.59 and Ateave.com for R222.81 that happened 17/10/2020.

i do not know any of these people and i need my money back
