Bad service from FNB

I posted a review about n week ago about the bad service from FNB ***** department. After the review they contacted me and gave me another 3 dae waiting period for the problem to be resolved, after waiting for 3 weeks. Again there is no progress and no feedback regarding my cards being used. My cards was ****** and blocked directly after. But somehow someone got access and took a large amount daily from my account. Calling to apply for a loan gets amazing response and answers almost immediately. But when it comes resolving issues the service is very bad.
