Bad service from FNB Deceased Estate

My mother was a private client at FNB. She passed away two years ago and my lawyer instructed FNB to close her bank account. Till this day, FNB has not closed her bank account and they have been charging bank charges on that account which is ******** and *********. I have been struggling with FNB to close her bank account and refund me the bank charges. It is sad to say but I have experienced extremely bad and poor service from FNB Deceased Estate Division and FNB as a whole.
