Bad service from Fnb

Good day i have sent a complain last week. Clever agent reply to my husband email regarding our bond he called ask me to sent him stuff basically do his work for him why cant you check on the system.i have sent an email. Monday already up untill today no feedbck. Not a good bank at all seriously. With what im facing now
