BAD SERVICE FROM FNB CREDIT CARD OFFICE

My name is Noluvuyo i have a big problem with FNB credit card department. I mistakenly transferres money to the credit card account which i no longer use and i dnt owe it was on the 23rd September i have been writing email to them as FNB office said that the credit card dont take incoming calls but i havent got any help from this office.I just want the money ro be reversed back to my normal account.My email is *** and contact is *** this is a bad service.
