Bad Service from FNB Connect

I m so disappointed with FNB Connect Sim card service the promised me that my data will be allocated on the 20th till today l have been send pillar to pillar with cases begin open and closed without my data the following were case numbers 820333 and 820519 they have pathetic service and their agents are rude
