Bad service from FNB

Very bad experience with the service received from an official from FNB ***** department by name Aphiwe. She suppose resolve the since Friday and since then she dont pick up calls. My bank Absa have tried contacting here and same result. The FNB client i paid the money she put on hold are threatening my life.
