Bad Service from FNB!

FNB is such a bad bank! I paid up my credit card long ago but on credit bureaus it is still showing that I am owing them. I called them to rectify this and they told me to write an email to fnbcard. I wrote 5 emails and this has still not been rectified. I just called them and was on the line for 30 minutes being taken from pillar to post and I have still not been assisted. I am beyond frustrated with this bank and can't wait to close my account with them!!!
