Bad service from FNB bank city

Visited FNB bank City 2 weeks ago to change my address with all FICA documents to my suprise the consultant captured the incorrect address heaven knows where she got the details from. After not receiving any feedback I decided to call thier contact centre and was advised to go back to the branch after all the effort of sacrificing my lunch as i am regarded as an essential worker. All i want is my address to be updated is that too much to ask for??? Is this how you help us FNB as per you slogan HOW CAN WE HELP YOU
