BAD SERVICE FROM FNB BANK

I am very very unhappy with my account. Debit orders for policies I have cancelled is still going off from my account, FNB policies, and FNB keeps on deducting bank charges of R105 every time a debit order goes off. My account is now in a minus of over R1000 all because of this. I want to close my account. The people at Paarl branches is also not helpful. I am getting bad service from FNB. According to my balance when I reconcile my bank statement myself I should have money in my account, but when I look at my bank balance then I have nothing. I will not recommend FNB to anyone.
